What are the requirements for membership at Nations Church?
The first step in becoming a member at Nations Church is to have faithfully attended for three months. After that time frame you can attend our membership class entitled "Starting Point." This class is held quarterly. Once you have completed this class you may choose to become a Nations Church family member. Specific dates, times and locations of "Starting Point" will be announced in the bulletin and on the website, or you may call the church office.

What if I have a prayer concern?
Contact the church office at (706) 353-1199 and the Administrative Secretary can take your request over the phone and place it on our weekly "Covenant Prayer" list.  If you need to call after normal office hours you may leave a message and it will be retrieved the next business morning.

Who should I contact to find out about having my child dedicated?
You can register your child to be Dedicated on our website or at Guest Services on Sunday mornings 2 weeks prior to the Sunday of the scheduled Baby Dedication.   Also, please provide a picture of your baby to be displayed on the screens during the dedication. The dates for dedication are publicized in the church bulletin and on the website two weeks prior to their occurrence.

Who should I contact to find out about being baptized?
You can register to be Water Baptized on our website or at Guest Services on Sunday mornings 2 weeks prior to the Sunday of the Baptism.  If you register on our website please fill out the form and listen to the recording of the message by Pastor Mel Holmes. If you register at Guest Services, you will need to read the pamphlet entitled "The Sacrament of Water Baptism", listen to a CD prepared by the Senior Pastor on this subject, and turn your registration form in at Guest Services or the front office.  You must do this at least one week prior to the Sunday of the baptism.  The dates for baptism are publicized in the church bulletin and on the website two weeks prior to their occurrence.

How do I schedule a wedding?
To schedule the church facilities for a wedding you must first be a member or regular attender of Church of the Nations.  You should contact Lisa Thrift, Office Manager at (706) 353-1199 x 23.

Who can help me with counseling in the church?
COTN has a daily Pastor on Call during normal office hours who can speak with you about counseling issues.  Once you have spoken with our Pastor on Call, he can guide you to other counseling options if necessary.

What makes my giving tax deductible?
